Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability and Health Waiver

Please read this carefully. It affects your legal rights.

1. Check with your doctor first

You should consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting the Challenge, and especially if any of the following apply to you:

  • You are pregnant, may be pregnant, or gave birth in the last 12 months (including C-section recovery)

  • You have diastasis recti, pelvic floor symptoms, or are in postpartum recovery

  • You have a heart, lung, blood pressure, joint, back or other medical condition, injury or recent surgery

  • You take medication that affects heart rate, blood pressure, balance or blood sugar

  • You have a history of disordered eating, or nutrition changes affect your health

By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part, or that you have medical clearance to do so.

2. Risks you are accepting

Exercise, walking, stretching, high-intensity intervals and lifestyle tasks carry real risks. These include muscle strains, sprains, falls, joint and back injuries, dizziness, fainting, heart events, and in rare cases serious injury or death. Some lifestyle challenges involve cleaning, organizing, lifting, cooking or using personal care products, which carry their own risks such as falls, cuts, burns, and skin or allergic reactions.

You are training on your own, at home or wherever you choose, without in-person supervision. You are responsible for your space, your equipment, your form and your pace. You knowingly and voluntarily accept all of these risks, known and unknown.

3. Listen to your body

Use the modifications. Rest when you need it. Stop immediately if you feel pain, chest pressure, shortness of breath, dizziness, or anything that feels wrong, and seek medical help if needed. Skipping or modifying any part of the Challenge is always allowed.

4. Food and products

Bare Minimum Meals are general recipe ideas, not a diet, meal plan or medical nutrition advice. Check every ingredient against your own allergies, intolerances and dietary needs. Patch-test any personal care product, such as hair masks, exfoliants or self-tanner, and follow the manufacturer's directions. Any product or brand mentioned is a personal suggestion, not a guarantee of safety or fit for you.

5. Release of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release, waive and agree not to sue KRH MEDIA LLC, Katie Santry, Brandon, guest experts, contractors, the KMVA team and their respective owners, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") for any injury, illness, loss, damage or death arising from or related to your participation in the Challenge, including claims based on the Released Parties' ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct where the law does not allow it to.

6. Indemnity

You agree to cover the Released Parties for any claims, costs or legal fees caused by your breach of these Terms or by your own actions in connection with the Challenge.

7. Other people in your space

The Challenge is designed for one adult participant. If children, pets or other people are near you while you exercise or complete challenges, you are responsible for their safety.

8. If part of this waiver is unenforceable

If any part of this waiver is found unenforceable, the rest still applies to the fullest extent allowed by law.

9. Your acknowledgment

By checking the box at checkout or by participating, you confirm that you have read this waiver, understand it, are at least 18, and are giving up certain legal rights voluntarily.
